Kapiti Architectural Design Ltd was opened in 2007 by Architectural Designer Rochelle Dennis and Electrician husband Scott Dennis (DSR Electrical Ltd).

Amanda Bulman and Denis Chin are the directors of bbc architects, and have been practising together since 2001.  They are both registered with the New Zealand Institute of Architects and have a diverse team of architects and technicians working with them out of the historic ‘Shed 21’ building on the Wellington waterfront.

Maguire and Harford Architects (formerly RMBH Architects) was formed in 2012 by Ross Maguire and Braden Harford and our small team is based in Christchurch. Petra is a UK registered Architect and Certified Passive House Designer. Her 15 years experience covers the design and successful management of small to large scale residential, commercial, office, educational and healthcare projects in the UK, Hungary and in New Zealand.

Petra draws on her European experience and the inspiration she had found in New Zealand to bring her clients’ vision to reality!
